Ordered from them twice so far. Great prices and they get your order ready quick. The 2nd time they didn't have it ready after 4hrs, I called and they immediately got it ready and i picked it up 15 mins later. I haven't used shipping as I live nearby but I've read their shipping is good too. They also have hard to find items and it's nice to be able to just go pick it up instead of paying for shipping and waiting. This is now my go to place I will be ordering monthly.

I am not sure if the ShipInsure protection is protection against the contents melting, or whether or not the USPS is capable of delivering said package intact. Given that the USPS has a lot of thieves working for them, it's a miracle if any package arrives on time, or at all.
Here in Texas, a frozen pillow helps a lot to keep package contents from melting together; at least in theory, but if the USPS is using your product, and "accidentally" puts a package on the wrong truck, the frozen pillow would make little, if any difference.
Bottom line: better than nothing.
